Improvement on people on help center. They need better customer service.

They need to add a countdown timer for badges and events because not all of us are front when same region and I found that the badge that I wanted to get was not done today it was finished yesterday but the last date for where I’m at is today

This is both a complaint and suggestions on improvement that webnovel should have. I welcome anyone to add what webnovel should do to improvement itself. I’m a recent graduate on Marketing but this really lacks in connecting with their consumers.

I have to say that webnovel is the worse with the badges. There’s no announcement or timer to let you know how much time you have left for you to earn a badge. Besides that you have to spend a huge amount of coins to even earn the badge if haven’t already been unlocking chapters.

It’s quite unfair that I’m not given The villian’s wife badge even though I did the over eight hundred chapter reading. I’m tired of not being inform of badges and discovering them too late. Webnovel need to step up their game with that, because past badges I can’t get anymore unless I spend money like the last badge event.

I do wish there’s a suggestion forum or box for new novels that we can suggest
