I know that the US is talking about banning Chinese apps like tiktok. Is Webnovel also one of the apps that might be banned?

I was reading this morning, when randomly I get an error every time I open a book. It happens to every book. It says it is having network errors. Error 1000003 or something like that. There was a lot of 0s. Is there any fixes to this? I read in a post from several years ago that it could be related to storage. But I have 80 gigs still available.

Cantiara you are right about the amount of words. However, many of the books on here tend to have a lot of extra content that would be deemed unnecessary by an editor/publisher. And are much more refined by said editor. Webnovel on the other hand will monetize many authors that will just release as they write, no editing or proofreading. Making the books of much less value than say harry potter or other popular novels. This is great for amateur authors gathering an audience. However, to compare the price of an amateur novel to a polished and refined novel, it does not apply the same. The quality on Webnovel does not hold to the degree of many books released through publishers.
