Since assassin's need to be quick in their killing, they usually aim for the head. So with an airdome around your head, you can deflect throwing weapons. Also, you can breath underwater! I experienced that too, so before I sleep, I save mine on notepad, word, google docs, etc. Though if I were to recommend you a cool app (on PC), it's Scrivener. As you write, it auto saves your progress no matter the circumstance.
