and now i don't know why but my library orders become mess up

i dont know why but i cant see updated one . from yesterday there was nothing new,but from the library comes a new chapter
I want to ask, why is fanfic not on the web, but in the application
why all fanfic is gone and there is nothing in there, i used to look many fanfic and yesterday when i check only a few in there where is the rest of it?????
can anyone help me i cant scroll down and when i browse all novel decrease/less then usual everyday.
can't scroll down and usually a lot of novels appear but now it doesn't appear
