  • So I haven’t spent a single fast pass since early March but even though I check in every day the amount doesn’t go above 14 and today it went down to 13 and I still haven’t spent any. Anyone know what’s going on with that?

    • So turns out if you want to "Send Feedback" in the help center you have to "validate your email address" which basically means sending a code to your email to type into on the app to validate it, however having done so it merely refreshed the app with the same screen and wanted me to send the code again. So I did. I pressed "request new code", but no new code was sent. Then I had to wait 60s to try again with still no result. I backed out of the screen assuming that I had just made a mistake and tried again to press Send Feedback, but it still just told me to validate my email. Can you see how WONDERFUL this loop is?! Just a teeny bit frustrated. Glad I found the forum though.

      • My fast passes today went from 18 to 11 without me using any of them. I read about 6 chapters from 3 different novels, HOWEVER I DID NOT USE FAST PASS FOR ANY OF THE CHAPTERS! So why have they decreased by 7? Also I never enabled the "use fast passes first" thing. Can someone tell me what's going on?
