I noticed that i actually got 60% coin discount when unlocking a chapter in the most novel. I was wondering if that limited discount is rare to have? I might top up lots of coins since the discount still there. Been asking this question but no one has give me any information :(

              Hi, its been a while that i havent open the app and saw that we have new updates on spirit stone to coins.
              After months of absent in the app, i saw theres some limited coin promotion in most novels.

              Lets say
              Novel A, most chapter actually cost 5 coins. And currently there is a limited promotion 60% discoung for X days and only will cost me 2 coins to unlock a chapter.

              I'm a fast reader, and i was wondering if this kind of limited promotions is really rare to get?
              If it was i might top up a bunch of coins before the promotion ends and unlocks the chapters while the promotion hasnt over.

                okay i just heard the issue is done. and indeed i can see my old SS. it around 270
                but i still need to complain about my rewards.
                i successfully invited 3 friends and unfortunately the 0 SS error occurs.
                and, now its fixed.

                3 succesfull invite = 291 stone. than i should have around 560 SS.
                i dont receive my 291 stone.
                how come?

                    i just invited some of my colleagues and claiming my SS, and the claims succed.
                    i was trying to refresh my profile, and it shows me 0 SS.
                    what happend?
                    i thought its just a visual bug so i tried reading a novel, and it also says that i dont have enough SS. why am i facing this problem?
                    trying to purchase and it also says 'something went wrong'

                    how do i contact the customer service about this?

                      If they are really a fan to read some certain novels then it should be enough for them to motivate theirselves to learn english and adapt.

                          I think ppl needs to be patient about this issue, andd i also felt sorry to say this but i think i really need too.
                          Translate is not that easy, and more ever i would not just talk about that 'surface' thing you seen in the app.

                          developing an app is not easy tho,

                          It requires some times and adding bahasa indonesia means they need to release and update their features for other language too. It might cause more request for others language and might needs more translator, or evennn translating around 100 top novels they have? Or even all novels have to be translated to bahasa.

                          Tbh, ppl needs to learn english.
                          I was holding my self to say 'adding your native language'
                          But yeah, i was frm a country that uses the language u've requested. So... lol, just take the positive side to learn new vocabs. While waiting for the "language feature" in the future.

                          Andd sry, i'm not expecting there would be one bcs i think its unnecessary. English should be enough, bcs thats how international language works.

                            I'm having the same issue. I have invited 2 friends before the update in App Store and it does give me SS, but since the last update, i dont get my stones. I even asked my friend saw her using my invite link instead installing it from the app store/play store.

                            Why this is happen?

                              I'm barely new here and i was invited here by my friend.
                              I always do sign in and daily stuff to earn SS
                              So its been few weeks i reach 1k SS
                              But suddenly i lose some SS around 100. I dnt knw why, i havent read any novels that require SS at the time,
                              So i thought that i was wrong about my 1k SS
                              I just do another daily things and yes, it reach around 1,07k something

                              Andd not long after that(i dont remember sry, it was 8 hours/next day)
                              Again, i lost my spirit stone
                              It turns back to 9xx SS
                              Does SS has their limit?

                              And the other one is,
                              I have invite 4 friends
                              2 invites i did before the updates in the App Store, i got my stone.

                              But the 2 rest is not.(after update)

                              Is there any bug?
