When I search for books, I always click "Translation" because I'm not interested in reading fan-fic. For whatever reason this site is pushing the fan fic over translations in the search pages.

It's intentional to force us to use our phones. I don't expect it'll ever be fixed. My spending on this site has plummeted to almost nothing. I used to be close to $50 a month.

"Access" is the right way to put it. Not "Make a Copy of". I'm skeptical they'll ever permit it. That it worked before was probably an accident.

Yes it's completely broken and so far I've gotten no feedback from webnovel. I've spent a pretty penny on their books. Now I guess they don't want anymore of my money.

Site is currently unusable because I can't read the books I've paid for or any chapters I pay to unlock.

Typically a chapter will have the first 4-5 paragraphs in the clear but then I scroll the chapters that appear are scrambled. Refresh doesn't fix it. Neither does opening and closing the book/tab.
I used to be able to go to the book search page and select "New" and "Translation" to see what new books had showed up. "New" has been removed both on the web and in the android app.
While I'm mentioning it, I'd love a flag to completely hide "Original" books. I'm only interested in translations.
Well, at least it's not just me. When I do trouble-shooting with my software, "happens only to one person" usually means I ignore it. "Happens to multiple people" means it's a real problem.

I've solved my immediate issue by paying through google so, I'm not all that interested in moving forward with this. I'd rather pay directly to cut google out of the loop and give them more money but at this point I think it's on these guys to solve it.
I won't argue that it could be the ad blocker. These guys are trying to do something clever with their payment thing. For example, there's no reason to use the popup window to access Paypal. I'd suggest simplifying the process of payment so, the add blockers won't matter.

I gave you the error code. I can tell you the sequence.
- Click on "Get More" in the personal icon.
- Click in the $49.99 item in the popup windows.
- New window pops open
- Paypal login window shows.
- Click on "Pay with debit/credit card".
- Fill in paypal information and submit.
- Paypal seems happy, then this error message pops up.Using chrome. ublock origin and privacy badger active.

Paypal is suggesting the problem is on your end.
I tried again using Paypal instead of my CC and it still didn't work.
I tried to buy 7500 stones through paypal. I tried twice with a good CC
