WidelyGrinning I think that since it's only a short novel, usually less than 100 chapters from what I know, it wouldn't make sense to contract them since the story is bound to end at the set 100th chapter. Longer novels can keep pumping out chapters, so they get contracted for its long term benefits.
Just my theory tho.
AntikeCoffee I saw some threads where people do review swaps, so you could try doing that and bolster your reviews. More reviews could entice more readers to come and check out your work as if they see a majority of them are positive they may give it a crack. How many views does your novel currently have?
