I just noticed that the last chapter of Cultivation chat group did cost 3 fast passes. At the same time I unlocked the bigger chapter of another translated novel and it was cheaper. Do you make different prices now or what?

@Webnoveldeveloper I've been trying to buy today, either web or mobile and it does not connect with the payment platform. Nor PayPal, stripe or Gpay, neither. Just a blank page after selecting the package.
It seems you have a JavaScript failure in your payment proxy page. Really, you should have unit test AND a good QA team to test everything BEFORE upload something new to production environment. Also always test manually critical points (like payments platform). Really, that is computer 101.
When will be fixed the problem? It seems you have it for 24 hours, so you are losing money!!

@dapenggaofei I don't know if you specifically can help me but i made a boo-boo and i accidentally set myself up with 2 accounts on this site! One of them is the one I'm using right now, which is also the one i want to delete, and the other is my main account. When i made this first account I think i set it up on a whim, then completely forgot about it and made another which is my main one and the one i use now (@Mia_Chang). If you wouldn't mind deleting this account @strwbrriees that would be great! This account is using the email i need to finish setting up my other (main) account!

WhiteDevil Add function to exclude certain genres from everywhere. I won't read shoujo novels but wherever I look it's cluttered with shoujo novels. It just takes more searching than necessary as this site is now mostly shoujo novels.
I have genre which i avoid too.

I repurchased the previous chapters from the start it went premium... I originally purchased those early chapters during Qidian time. But now when it went on discount, I found out that those same chapters were locked again. This did not only happen on “Perfect Secret Love..” as I have several novels whose chapters were paid for for earlier.
When this app was renamed Webnovel, it seemed that all the previous chapters that were purchased became null and void, which subsequently became locked. This is not fair to us. Could we be refunded please? We also make it a point to log in and earn credits to purchase chapters plus we also purchase SS using our own money.
I’m just concerned since I’ve purchased a couple of books now and have fully unlocked ALL of it’s locked chapters, that this situation will happen again. Now, this would be horrible and terrible as we, the readers will lose confidence in your app’s and company’s integrity.
This is not the first time I posted, nor it is the first time that was brought up for your attention. I’ve read a lot of the other readers with similar concerns. I haven’t read any that had or was provided a solution nor resolution.
Please address this promptly as it’s been going on for a long time now...

Novel status and advanced-search

Therefore, I would like to suggest an "advance search" feature for the website that allow the users to search the stories via tags and if the story is complete or not.
I know it is really done i want add something like by how many free chapter, or how many ss to unlock all chapter in novel.
Can Webnovel make automate status to novel which didnt update 30 days become hiatus(by system) if they didnt completed(by author/translator) ?

IzManen If a novel is complete (raw) there should be an total chapter on the firstpage of that novel, else it can just say ongoing if there isnt an end for it.
Cause I prefer reading novels that are near it's end or are completely translated, there's no fun starting an awsome novel and then u realise the translation is 2500 chapters behind the raw's and it's still ongoing

There seems to be a problem when claiming the check in in earn rewards it. The box then says that you have claimed it but you don’t get the spirit stones for it. You also don’t get any notification on the bottom it just says claimed but no stones or exp is given. This has happened so far for me on my account on March 26, 2019 and March 28, 2019. At first on the 26, I thought the error was me clicking the box too fast which could have lead to an error but today I clicked it very slow and let everything load and it still didn’t give me the reward for check in. The rewards when the daily check in pops up on the screen still gives you the rewards fine so it seems to be only when you click from the Earn Rewards tab.
