The Webnovel site keeps crashing when I try to unlock new chapters on my iPad. This has been going on a number of months now. Is anyone else having the same issue?

Basically bonus points are useless unless you spend your coins down to zero. Makes no sense at all to buy package of coins and definitely a bad idea to top up now that paid coins expire first. All my bonus points are expiring.

Actually, I was right. Because the first 40 chapters become unlocked after the book is chosen, we are supposed to get any coins we spent unlocking the first 40 chapters of those books back. And that’s what the message about getting coins refunded says. Are you getting your back?Darth_Xiane Thanks, that’s how I read it originally but the updated notes says all coins refunded. I guess I just misunderstood.
I haven’t seen any coins being refunded to my account from trial reading in over a month even though I have been using coins for books that have been chosen. Do all coins from chosen books get refunded? And is the refund within 30 days after the book is picked or enters voting pool or some other time period?
The view of my reading list suddenly changed so that it’s a list that I have to scroll through rather than a grid showing all the book covers. How do I get my old view back?
Somewhere along the way, Webnovel changed the way bonus coins can be used. Since bonus coins expire, they used to be used first. Now, bonus points are only used when regular coins are completely used up. So basically, we have to go to zero on regular coins to use bonus coins. If you don’t use up all your coins any time you get bonus coins, they will expire. Webnovel should change this back to the way it was before and let us use bonus coins first!
Why are my regular coins being used before the one that expire soon?

I love the trial novel feature. Can Webnovel set up a list somewhere of the novels that are dropped because they don’t get enough votes? It’s a trial and error process right now to figure out if any novels I liked were dropped.
Agree that it’s very annoying. Basically, it’s advertising that I don’t want. They should move it to a tab rather than forcing it on everyone at login.

Using iPad, webnovel app version 4.3.7 (4.3.8). There are multiple other comments in various chapters with similar comments so it’s not just my device. I will try to upload screen shots.
My Dangerous Billionaire Husband keeps cutting off mid-chapter when I use the Webnovel app. I can read them using the Webnovel website but then I can’t see the privileged chapters.
I can’t seem to use my points. I am on Webnovel version 4.3.1(4.3.2). I can accrue points but I can’t select any of the purchase options. And actually, right now, I don’t even have any purchase options. Does anyone know how to fix this?
imsodone I haven’t figured out how the offline reading works. I download and it’s only available for a short time. I can’t even count on reading a story that I downloaded for a flight unless I download it just before the flight and don’t turn off my iPad at all. I think downloading just doesn’t work.
I would prefer they just have a third category so we can get more strong female lead stories, even better with a ML that does a lot of pampering.
