Writer_Shi yeah and then you notice other predatory business practices they use. Look at the reading theme bundles. 50k points for the bundle but getting them separately costs 5k less. And there's no discount to the bundle if you already own one of them to even make it look like an attempt was made to be fair.

Events keep disappearing from the app hours before they are supposed to. The free reading event that we had recently was supposed to last for another 2 hours after I'm posting this. But it's been gone for a few hours before now. This isn't the first time this has happened.
Erick_Santos_9652 I'm with you on this. That is one of my favorite novels online and they are a great author. I've not seen anything about what exactly is going on with them but they still post chapters every so often. Whatever is going on I've decided to just keep them in my prayers and keep that novel always at the top of my reading list to see a chapter when it comes out. I wont ask for anything more than continue it when they can because their health comes before our enjoyment.
It's like they want to push us all into pirating. Coins are already expensive as all hell. Fast passes are only available for 7 days. If you need 3 of them for a single chapter of most comics then you are basically being told to screw off because you cannot get that many fast passes for a comic or comic genre within a week. It used to be 3 all-purpose fast passes a day and one of those it would pop up to remind you as soon as you opened the app. Now they hide all that in the menus and cut it down to genre fast passes for the most part. And to top it all off they make us pay more fast passes per chapter now. If something cost less than 12 coins I used to just use coins and save fast passes for when it was more worth it. Now we lose half the value of the fast pass which was that we could use it for larger chapters. What's the point if they are going to be cut down to such a level. Unless the FP carnival is a permanent feature that we can use to upgrade our fast passes. But even with that we still need to spend points to have a chance at getting what we need.
Darth_Xiane where did they announce this change? Especially for things like comics where every chapter costs 24+ coins if not on sale.
Agreed. And when did they change the fast pass system? I saw no announcements about it. I just noticed today because I ran out of fast passes and couldnt use the one I just got for their daily recommended reading quest. Cost 2 with 1 available. This cant have been going on long cause I looked at my logs and nothing before a day or two ago used more than 1 at a time.
For whatever reason the settings for notifications do not seem to matter whatsoever. I've gotten so many notifications about people giving gifts to novels I dont even read, but I do not get the notifications for what I actually have set to be notified for.
