Did anyone else have a problem with this today?

I have also been having the same problem since this morning.

You do not need to pay for the privilege chapters again. You just need to wait for them to be released, per the release schedule of the novel. For example, if you spent 1 coin for 2 privilege chapters and the author releases 1 chapter per day, you need to wait 2 days for the chapters to be unlocked.

I am having the same problem with one of the stories I am reading but I am being asked to pay again to open the privilege chapters I already paid for.

I paid for and read 10 privilege chapters I bought at the end of April. I got a notification that the story has been updated today but It does not show up as new chapters on the table of contents. Does this mean I have to wait for 10 new chapters to be released before I can access the new chapters?

If this is the case, what is the purpose of buying privilege chapters?

I paid one coin for 2 chapters but only one chapter was released. This happened for 4 novels I am reading. I went to the Help Center and was told it is 1 coin for 1 chapter.

I bought privilege for one novel (30 chapters) and now have to either buy more privileges or wait for I don’t know how long before I can read the new chapters that are being released. The author did a mass release right after the new year, I bought 2 new privilege chapters and was not able to read them.

I thought by buying privilege chapters that I would be able to go back to just purchasing new chapters as they were released after reading the privileged chapters but apparently not. Now to read more chapters I NEED TO BUY MORE PRIVILEGE CHAPTERS or wait for ??? before I can read more chapters.
