I found out how to do it. My language preference in webnovel was set at United States-english. When I switched it to Global-english the limited free reading section popped up on my featured page. The button to switch language preference is on the top right.

zetsubouaichan can u tell me where u found out the novels that are free right now? Or maybe update us on which ones r free right now?

I got a message in my inbox saying that the free reading novels have updated but when I open the message it just redirects me to the featured page. I can't find any novel that says limited free reading or anything like that on the featured page.
