Sebastian_Accetta have you even used the app? there are paywalls in both the app and the website. No ads come every 30 seconds. Webnovel app will show you one small add at the bottom of the screen, and you can just cross it for each chapter. So, do you have any real reasons besides 'I just like the website'? Or are you simply afraid of the tiny little change?
At the same time, I hope you are aware of the reason Webnovel made that restriction on the website. The website is being used by some readers to steal the content Webnovel and its authors worked hard upon. And they are passing that stolen content to countless copyright-infringing websites.
If you would rather have the novels continue to be exploited, then well, your choice. or you, and others can simply start using the app. Honestly, it has a great many features compared to the website.
