no it doesn't. it must be because qidian copied the previous translated chapters from the previous translator, and posted it here... the rate of release is automatically calculated, and therefore there is such a huge number. basically, since qidian posted so many chapters in such a short period of time, there is such a huge number.
it is also the case for Release That Witch..... it has 95 ch/week
so no need to worry

haha! i also had the same expression when i found the truth about RTW. it gave me a shock, and after that, i vowed to myself, that, no matter what i won't believe wht qidian says..... haha, just kidding!
