There is a pop-up saying [validation.required] when trying to create a new novel or when changing something on a existing novel. Bug? Or does someone know how to fix it?

Alliosis Nope. It is reported, but Devs are avoiding the forum for now. Just wait... Hopefully...

I waited. I got bored so I try to find see if I can make it.

AGH! It works when I used incognito to login to my account and create the novel.

I believe that you won't be able to update//create if you're login for too long? Try to relogin if you're having the same problem.

Alliosis Just re-login didn't work for me. I'll try the incognito mode later today, too. Let's hope it works

CKtalon it works!! Thanks... But now my syponosis don't have character name lol...

CKtalon Do you have contact with a Dev? Please tell them to check Inkstone. So many troubles lately.

MasterRabbink Can you list down the various bugs? I've only seen two. This one and how deletion of chapters do not seem to work. If you encounter it yourself, do give me your book so that I can give an example to the devs.

CKtalon Erm... There are three. Gwahahaha. Only encounter the 'deletion' problem. Some noted that they had problem with posting chapters perhaps the same reason with validation. (Also read about Double Post, but it was only once).

CKtalon I also get the same "validation-required" message when trying to upload another cover and changing the target audience. (That's a cool new feature, btw!) I didn't have any problems saving the settings before so it couldn't be because of non-English characters. Looking at it, I don't see one that could be the problem either.

yansusustories It has to do with new anti-spam procedures they added recently. If you noticed, someone was spamming the original page by creating hundreds of books.

CKtalon No, I actually haven't noticed 😅 So, is there anything I can do about that? Never mind the cover, but the target audience is set to 'male' automatically and that's definitely not the target audience I'm aiming for. It would be nice to change that.
