Am I allowed to post my Webnovel original story on Wattpad?
If yes, can I put a link on Wattpad to its Webnovel counterpart

Estatica Yes you can as long as you are not contracted with WN.
If you wish to publish/contracted with Webnovel. Please check whether the other sites allows you to delete/remove your novel in the future. Also check whether your cover contains IP of Webnovel like symbol or logo.
Some authors post on their own personal blogs, Patreon, Amazon, Wattpad, RR, Tapas, and many more. It is fine. The only problem is updating all of them.
For example it is better for daily posting in Webnovel, but once a week bulk in RR is better (post them in interval). For Wattpad, I believe completed novel is better but do not update in an instant, update like RR.
Another example is Amazon (KDP?) program. You will have to take down your novels from other sites including your personal blog except 10% max. So check about that. If you plan to join Kindle Unlimited.
