I already did everything that is shown and they say in other post so that the cover of my novel is seen but even so it is not seen.
If it appears in Inkstone but both in Webnovel of the PC and mobile version it does not appear and already verify it in several computers and mobiles. Can anybody help me?
I've had this issue before. To fix it I pasted the original cover image into a blank ms paint file of the 600x800 pixels and saved as a jpeg with a short no spaces filename.
Like post above said, I also ever experienced the same thing.
I use other picture viewer application to resize my cover picture but it only shows in inkstone.
After I use Microsoft paint to resize again , the cover show up in pages

You sure the size is correct? 600*800 pixel and max size 5mb?
Sometimes people forget to unchecked maintain aspect ratio
