I was reading a chapter and as I was about to comment using toolbar, I pressed the icon for font instead of the one for comment. As I was going to tap elsewhere on screen to go back, I accidentally tapped the brightness meter instead.

Now my chapters are extra-bright, and even going to the minimum range, it's far brighter than I want (since I want so save battery life).
What's worse, is that when I bring down my device's quick menu to adjust screen brightness, I couldn't make any changes. As if it is locked or something.

When I close the book, it goes back to the original brightness setting, but when I open any book, the brightness goes way up again.
Is there some way for me to sync brightness level with the one I have everywhere else on my device? Thanks.

Veldora go to the chapter, click anywhere to pull up several icons, click on the one that looks like 'Aa'. Might be the reverse but its easy to find, should be bottom slightly right icon. It will have reading options, as well as the brightness level. Click on the blue dot and drag to your prefferred brightness level. Remember to click and hold ON the blue dot to move it, or else it will seem to be locked

      Dontlookdown Veldora here.
Erm, that's how i managed to accidentally change the brightness seeting, yeah. Thing is, when I put the lowest brightness setting there, it's still far brighter than what I like. I'm trying to make do with night mode for now, but I'd really like for my device's brightness setting to sync with the webnovel app's.

I wonder if reinstalling the app would do the trick..

Hei_Da_Wu hmm... seems not to sync when changed. Sorry, didnt realize that. Anyways, redownloading it should work. I will be experimenting in the mean time
