asaade not really. She is faithful. When someone lives for hundreds of years they are bound to be with various people. Also, I believe to call someone a slut just because they are a girl and have different men touch their lives is a bit anti-feminist. That is saying it is alright for men to have different women, but not women to have different men.
The novel focuses on the various types of love because there is not a cookie cutter love that is correct. I have unrequited love, love born out of friendship, brotherly love, incest love, childhood friendship love, love where your significant other dies, parental love, etc.
That is my personal opinion though. You can take that with a grain of salt.
