Gay guys how do I "comment" and "rate the translation" to get those experience points???
It is really annoying when I do this and not get the exp

Whenever you read a chapter there should be four buttons on the sidebar. Click on the fourth one from the bottom to bring up the comments bar. You'll be able to comment using the bar at the bottom. Alternatively, you can scroll down to the bottom of the chapter and click on the box that says "X comments, join in" to bring up the comments bar.
To rate the translation, simply click on one of the five stars at the bottom of the chapter. To rate it 1 star click on the leftmost star and to rate it 5 stars click on the rightmost star. You can also rate it 2, 3 and 4 stars.
The stars are just above the '21 comments, join in'. If you look at the bar on the right side you can see the third icon is selected.
