Hi, i have emailed and did the screenshots including the receipt, i hope someone could take notice as it has been 8hours plus since i have purchased. I have purchased 3times coz i thought its just a glitch but when I woke up, its has been billed but no SS. Hope there’s a notif when we emailed this sort of problem atleast to acknowledge they have received the email. Thank you.
