Above one is the error message. It wont allow cards and paypal option is disabled. Even though i live in U.S it asks me payment in INR which is more than USD for a membership.

Been trying to purchase stones through both my mobile and desktop devices/computer...click the package I wish to purchase (typically $10 or $20 at a time) and it ends up just timing out after it pops open the small pop up window, would just sit there forever...

I have tried reinstalling the app multiple times but it still doesn’t work. I don’t know what to do please help me. I will really appreciate it if you will help me. I am using an iphone 8

Hi I’m having issues purchasing elite membership. When I go to the purchase page the green button just spins like it is loading and doesn’t let me click it.
I’ve tried relogging, restarting app, reinstalling, and restarting my phone.
