Whenever I want to redeem my gift card am asked to provide a claim code and I don't know how to get the claim code because it was not sent to me via my email address so I want to know how I can get d claim code to redeem my gift card thank you

ikuromo Uh.. I don't get this. Why would you try to redeem a gift card if you don't have a code? If you meant the code needed to be entered when you clicked the Redeem Gift Card. There was no other codes needed when I tried this before, aside from the actual code for the gift card.

DazzlingGem In my case, I placed in the Writing Prompt Contest #24 for Cthulhu Mythos and “won” 2 gift cards but haven’t got an email about it. I can’t really claim them for the promised 200 Spirit Stones if they didn’t tell me the code lol.
PettyOfficer Not sure about this (since I haven't won LOL), but some say it's in the spam or something.
