SuperSilentSin why not refine your work with the current novel, until your opening and flow are really good and "hook" in viewers?
When I launched my first novel, I had 21 chapters and 19k views in 18 days.
Then I asked for advice in forums and @MasterRabbink and @SnoozySloth And @BabyTanuki guided me. My next chapter I went to 24k views (+5k) and from then on I was getting 6k views a chapter despite a slow start (link - novel is not really updated now: https://www.webnovel.com/book/11594239806435805).
Once you've improved in writing style and flow, you can launch a new book anytime. Most successful books can hit 10k views in the first few days if the opening, title, synopsis and picture are attractive. Link to my second novel that got 10k views in 2 days (https://www.webnovel.com/book/12013957905760805).
So my advice is, don't feel attached to the stats, but let the stats tell you if your writing is creating the type of interest and attraction you are looking for.
Refine, improve, grow and polish until you're more confident. Then even if you just start a new novel, you can easily surpass your old one.
