xijiuuuuuu Get the copyright holder to send a DMCA to dmca@webnovel.com

But then again.. they don't own the copyright to publish their translations to begin with.. Looks like a complicated issue.

Ugh, the book bandits strike again. Unfortunately its basically impossible to stop people from stealing ones literary work unless you are J.K. Rowling or some other big shot.

Troll_Fox Dontlookdown CKtalon xijiuuuuuu DazzlingGem @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL This user is posting another novel from yesterday....!
      https://www.webnovel.com/book/11918796105613105/Mei-Gongqing

she started to post this novel from yesterday after those reviews. can you believe this? she is doing this no purpose. @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL please do something? This is a threat for original writers i think because if web novel don't protect or take actions then(maybe tomorrow) original authors novel they may steal too.

Qi's official stance on this is that unless the copyright holder themselves emails dmca@webnovel.com telling them that their novel's being stolen (along with some proof of identity) they will not do anything about it.

Pleading to them, even if you 'know' that the novel is stolen, will do absolutely nothing. Sorry, but you'll have to get in touch with whoever owns the copyrights to make something happen. And like CK said, these are fan translations, so whoever translated these novels doesn't actually hold the copyrights to their translation. Perhaps getting in touch with the publisher themselves might yield some results, but honestly... it might be too much of a bother

Neverfire7 I just mailed the publisher.. (hehe)
But the best solution for users to report her ID (I guess) since nothing is working out...

emydanos Yup. Before, she only has that one novel with less than 10 chapters. Then, maybe coz of the complaints, the chapters were deleted. šŸ˜‘
