Hey, so how do I report any novel on the mobile app? Also, how can I report 5 missing chapters in 'Spare Me Great Lord!' as the translator is unresponsive after no chapters for a month then skipping 5 chapter and then releasing chapters!

So, I can't access forum, simply no button to get there. Also, I can see the comics, press on them, but not actually GET to them

    I cant rate any chapters no matter how many times i press the rate icon

      i can't buy ss using andriod app. could you please fix it

        I've found a bug that doesn't seem to ever be fixed. Once you get a comment or maybe a like sometimes, it appears as if there's more than what it really is. Like if a person is commenting back to me and I receive it, it says that there are 2 people who've commented back? Either my math is worse than I thought, or I just spotted a spider crawling into my phone.

          1. It's not limited to the new version and I don't know if it's a bug or intended but moving pages using the volume key maintains the old position (if you were in the middle of the chapter then you'll be sent to the middle of the next chapter). I think it should always show the start of the next chapter.
          2. I can't open some chapters (some newly added still locked chapters and some unlocked chapters). It's stuck on loading even though other chapters load properly. It still won't show up even though I've already downloaded the novel.

          I also suggest that you separate installation of the new version from the current version. Now I can't return to the stable version without reinstalling the app and I can't read those chapters stuck on perma-load without using the browser.

              would be nice if instead resetting all the last read novel in library you could synchronize it, I wouldn't have to look up where did I left off on the web version and manually search it on the app ver.

                Sorata09 there is no such thing in my app and this is after update. Did another update happened because they did add forum in the slides on main page but there is no forum b/w night mode and help center

                    WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL I think there's a problem with auto unlock chapters.

                    The novel I read still had 3 locked chapters so I tried the new function. For the first chapter I checked auto unlock and then unlocked the chapter. After reading, I moved to the next one and it was unlocked as intended. I wanted to know if I was charged for it properly and how much it cost so I checked my ss history and it stated there that the 3rd chapter was already unlocked. The 1st and 2nd chapter shared the same purchase time while the 3rd had the time when I viewed the 2nd chapter. Shouldn't the 3rd chapter be unlocked only when I finally opened that chapter? I couldn't check what happens when there are more locked chapters since I've already caught up with my other novels.

                        WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL There's also a problem with reading from the featured comics preview.

                        I read the first chapter directly from the featured comics and then continued to read the 2nd chapter. However the end of the 2nd chapter loops back to it's beginning instead of the 3rd chapter.
