Hi. I have just rewritten the first chapters (8) of my novel and I would need a review to know if:

1- My characters seem endearing. Do I manage to project their personality well to everyone? Can you identify with them or things in the novel? Are their reactions realistic?
2- If my world is easy to understand.
3- If you have the impression that overall it is good. In short, if you manage to catch on in the story where there is too much information, etc...
Since these are my first chapters, I want them to be good enough to attract readers. And above all, I want my world to be well explained so that I can dive into the action afterward.

Btw, I'm french so don't care too much for errors ><
I only want to know about the plot.
