Hi, to whome this concerns, upon logging in this morning, I find all of my SS that I have paid for disappeared. Could you please advise on the course of action

Apparently, the SS server has bugged out. I think EVERYONE's SS is gone. Let's see how long it takes before tech support checks their email.

I have the same problem. I was only able to open and read 1 chapter worth 8 SS. When I tried to proceed with the next chapter, it said I had 0 Balance which was quite impossible! It's quite unfair. Pls. give back my SS.
