If you can't tell WHEN a character had a change of heart - then clearly the "change of heart" hasn't happened yet. If it happened and you have NO CLUE why... the author is not doing their job.

Apparently, the SS server has bugged out. I think EVERYONE's SS is gone. Let's see how long it takes before tech support checks their email.
