Has anybody else came across books that have hard to read sentences at the bottom of the page, or is it just me?? Some stories seem to be missing sentences as well, I hope it's just an odd issue with my account & not widespread! Though I do find it annoying, I can sometimes fix it with making the print larger or smaller.....but not always 
Weird book format
I think the site uses some anti-piracy measures that can make the text render weird, especially if you have ad blockers or some other scripts running that might mess with web rendering.

Indeed, there are files of strange formats that are quite rare for me personally, and in such a situation I even need to google to understand how to open it. Recently I had to deal with the msg format for Outlook https://setapp.com/how-to/how-to-open-msg-files-on-mac. It’s not that complicated, and there are different options for how to view such a file, although, of course, I couldn’t have done it without additional information.
