This has probably been discussed here loads of times but wanted to add my thoughts on this subject as well and also hear everyone else's views

This app has chosen many novels to go premium, I am not against novels going premium I understand the people who translate these Novels need some recognition for there hard work, what I am against is chapters that have been free suddenly being pay to read, from what I have seen on this app premium novels from volume 2 onwards within the novels have been made pay to read, it's one thing to block the new chapters i understand that even if the price of these chapters are lets be honest are absurdly expensive but free chapters that have been out for months if not over a year suddenly being pay to read that's just money grabbing at its highest.

I completely agree with premium but what this app has done is just stupid with zero common sense, im not calling the people behind this app stupid just that they had a good idea with the concept of premium (translators/authors getting paid for there hard work and also helps the up keep of the app) but it's gone too far, chapters that have been free at the start should remain free.

    I believe the term premium was misunderstood. The quality of these latest locked works are quite lacking in quality and consistency (bad release schedules or no schedule at all) if I pay a premium I demand a premium product. I will not pay premium value for dog meat here anymore. A few SS for free each day let’s me read a chapter (sometimes) but I will never start another long term read here with this site. It’s easier to wait for it to be posted on reddit. (And many of them have better schedules on releases than here, they’re nearing the same quality of translation, and best of all they are free!)

    Kni8ht its very clever actually, first they test the water, make new chapters premium, after that make old chapters premium, leaving only 50-100 early chapters free for sampling or bait to hook another patron

        I know why they are doing it, my point was there is no way to justify it other than say to make more money, new chapters i understand are pay to read but old chapters that where free should remain free.

            Kni8ht sadly, there is no need justify on this, they own the book, they have the right, either they sell premium chapters from beginning or do it like now, just a matter of marketing strategy

                My issue with the system is now every translator doesn't even bother warning readers that it will go premium, so all of a sudden one day it's premium and now you're locked out in the middle of an arc.

                    I couldnt agree more with all this comments, i have gone on a tour in the forum and have seen lots of discussions about all of this, and even some nice suggestions but sadly from my experience from years at this site , they dont give a sh*t about our opinion and only care about money so all of this is pointless talk . Worst of all if u do ur maths and look at chapters price u realise how expensive each novel is compared to other novels on amazon or actual bookstores.

                    I am also aware of that as well but just because they don't have to justify it doesn't mean we can't pose the question and I'm not even expecting a response from the app I know they dont take and use these suggestions on the forum you have to send an email to them, I'm posing the question of justifying it to see other people's veiws and comments.

                        VladDraco I dont know if you mean it on a bad or good way but I must said I only used a slightly offensive language to emphatize my feelings, I didnt insult this website or the community, just criticize some points. So dont be a wimp , nowdays it is like you have to be overcareful with ur comments cause people get offended to easily. Hope I didnt miswrite cause that also seem to be a capital crime XD
                        But, seriously look at translations like Carefree path of Dreams , their updates are mess up but they dont even give a comment or something. That not cool.

                            WWDisciple I think he means, on free sites like WW, translator depends only with patreon but they give steady and good translations, but here, after premium, there a lot translation quality going bad if not hiatus, and after replace translator, its going worse, kind of weird ? maybe even some translator disagree with premium
