    Tumis What do you mean repeated plot? Also what's unclear, are you talking about if something is unclear in the novel?

        Yeah, I'm also not really sure what "repeating plot" means. Say, my story is an esport story, so they play matches a lot. Does that count as repeating?

        I think it passes in the rest of the criteria, save maybe for "slow updates" if you count one chapter a week as slow (but chapters are 3k~6k words long).

        Otherwise, I think it satisfies the rest of the categories: it's a team-based esport MOBA story, with a sport shonen storytelling style. So, it's fairly unusual as far as mainstream WNs are concerned.

          DarkClaymore You should break the chapters up into 2-4 parts of 1.5Kish words each and release a little more often if you want to appease most webnovel readers.... but if you just are only writing for yourself (like I am) and are just posting in hopes that some enjoy your work, then I guess what you are doing is alright, but yes, on this site that counts as a slow update rate... less than 1 chapter a day counts as slow.

                DeJeL In my case it's just that I know I can't keep up with a daily release rate, and if I try to do it by force then I won't leave myself enough time for outlining and proofreading, so the story would become even more crappy than it's already is LUL

                    DarkClaymore I'm not saying it is a bad thing, I am worse off than you, with one 1500 word chapter a week, so don't feel bad.;,;. I was just saying that compared to what is commonly expected on this site, it is a slow release rate.;,;.

                        Try mine out for size, I planned it with all the bad reviews of popular stories in mind (kidding, I just like high fantasy stories, so I'm writing one in serialized format)

                            A bit harder to understand what you mean with this one. Do you want the relevant characters in the beginning of the story to stick around till the end? Or do you not like it when some characters are phased out so to speak?

                          Was very popular and highly rated on NU for about 1-2 months but then the translator caught up with the raws, Currently rated at 4.6 at NU and has 5 volumes fully translated. Some continuity problems but it's fairly good and has gorgeous art.
                          As far as the story goes, it takes the typical premise of many isekai novels and makes it interesting. The MC isn't a fighter but a master manipulator so the conflict of the story is mind games and trying to outwit each other, which is fairly interesting.

                          Probably a bit of an odd pick because it has a lot of the things you didn't want, but it's very good. If the 15 chapters are a turnoff, keep in mind each chapter is about 10k characters if not more.

                              I used to do daily release but because of health problems it's weekly. If I'm feeling good I can do two a week or asked on comments I try.
                              Hinder-Rella, is about a girl who's mother died, goes through life happily with dad, finds love wishes she could talk to her mother and dad searches for step mom for her then it turns, the parents date, the "mom" set up her own kids to die, MC almost gets kidnapped and raped, MC almost gets murdered, fluff, pregnancy, dad gets murdered in front of her, step mother physically abuses her, fairytale, curse and identity change.
                              It's nearing the end. I can probably make it last another 20-30 chapters but it is concluding.
