Yes, but like Leylin_Farlier stated, it shouldn't be possible to vote for it with Power Stones until it was released.
It's been out for only 2 days, and a level 6 user only has 3 Power Stones per day. So it's weird to see users who had spent 40+ Power Stones on it.
Maybe they "converted" the Energy Stones to Power Stones ?

Leylin_Farlier Currently the entrance for voting power stone is closed for those books in the "What's Next" list. However I doubt in some previous versions of app the entrance may still open. We will forbid this in our server, Thanks for your feedback.
