same problem. lost all progress in lvl, but no problems in library.

UPDATE: this seems to just be a display issue with the profile hover menu thing. If I click on my level/spirit stones etc, I see the correct values.

I was super shocked at first and I thought I lost everything as well. It started by asking me to sign in so I press the sign in with facebook then it did sign it but a small popup/message appear on the site and ask me to write my username and then press post. so I did and I was able to access the site only to see that my level reset and spirit stone/energy stone become 0/- . My avatar pic changed to the Facebook one and I was unable to access my setting nor the profile. Only the library remain the same and accessible. But after waiting for awhile, I was able to access the profile and settings to find that it remains the same as before but the indication of the level/stone/avatar remains different and reset at the top right corner.
Update 2: Everything seems to have fixed itself now. Feel free to close this thread (probably still worth having someone investigate why this happened in the first place though)
