Google+ and email login are totally different. You'll get two different accounts if you do that. Using Facebook and Twitter login aswell will generate different accounts.

If you created your account using email (gmail) and a generated password, you'll use the email login.
If you created your account using google+, you need to stick to that.

If you initially used G+ login and would like to access the SAME account with your email, you'll need to
1. Click on "forgot password" in the email login option
2. Type in your email
3. Change your password
4. Access your account with the validation code you receive.
This way, you can access the SAME account with email login and G+ login.

Unfortunately, you now have two accounts.

      QueenCL hi! I have a similar problem. I could not open Webnovel app. Got cut off while I was reading, tried to login but could no longer get in. Tried to reset my password, but unfortunately when I clicked on on the reset code, was directed instead to the Webnovel website. So now I am here. I prefer the app. Have attempted to login several times but the sign in page just keeps on disconnecting before I could type my details. I always access using my e-mail. What could be the problem? Would really appreciate your help. Thanks too, @Xena_ruchika !

          1. If you haven’t already tried this, delete and reinstall the app

          2. When you click on “forgot password” and type in your email, you’ll get an email that contains a link to reset the password. That link will take you to the website where you’ll see “enter New password”.

          3. When you successfully change your password in the browser, you can login on the app. Then you’ll get a Validation code sent to your email which you’ll need to verify your login details for security on the app.

          4. Alternatively, try resetting your password straight from a browser instead of through the app. If it is successfully through the browser, you can then proceed to logging in through the “newly installed” app and validate your account.

          If you tried again and it didn’t work out, maybe @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL or @CKtalon can help

              Do you know how to fix the Validate LoginError on the iOS app. I go to sign in, using my email, but continue getting the error and an infinite load screen. Error came up when I got force logged out during the last update. I've tried force quitting, redownloading, turning phone on and off, changing my password, using the website for a couple days then trying again. But nothing seems to work, I've seen a few others with the same problem but they don't know how to fix it either. Please help the app is so much better and easier to use then the website on safari

                QueenCL thank you so much! It worked. But there seems to be something wrong with the app, because although I was able to finally type my login details, I had to attempt a few times. Just when I was about to give up, voila, my library and profile appeared. I do hope it's just due to poor internet connection. But thank you very much for taking time to respond.

                    Does the validate error login have to do with entering a code right after you sign in with your details?

                        No, I enter in my email and password and then it goes to a infinite login screen with a red notification down the bottom saying Validate LoginError. Doesn't ask for a code or show anything else just straight to the blue screen with a spinning wheel

                          Blood_Prince Does this happen when you use PC or the app? I’m not so sure but it might be a bug

                              Only happens with the iOS App
                              If I use my PC or safari and google on my phone it works fine

                                Blood_Prince I also use the iOS app and I dont have that issue.
                                If you updated recently, it might be a bug with the recent update. There's a forum post that lists most of the bugs that came with the update.
                                I'm yet to update mine. @WEBNOVEL_OFFICIAL would have to take a look at that.

                                    Yea it's fine with my iPad as I haven't updated it but yea I updated my phone and it happened. Afraid of updating my iPad one in case that's the problem thanks @QueenCL

                                      Blood_Prince Don't update your iPad for now. Once the new update is fixed, hopefully someone will post about it, then you can go ahead. You'll probably know when the app on your phone starts working.
