all my old chapters are now locked. I read them a few weeks ago. Now nearly all of them are locked.

AeQReaper You are one of several people experiencing the same issue. Quidian will not reply. You may get some white knight showing up demanding you post pics. The quidian app doesn't support pictures so just tell them to get lost.
As of now the only advice I have is don't spend money on quidian until they acknowledge and refund your unlocks.
