I do feel the same my book Nico who was published by November got 103k read already , I join the elite program too so I can read as many books as I can but then again one day no one can vote for my story I did replace it before it was on romance section but now in realistic fiction today I experienced again that I can’t vote for my own story and last week a reader of my book too is complaining that she can’t read my book. How can an author succeed or be known if this keeps on happening?
Can somebody tell me why this bugs isn’t fixed yet?

          Yikes. Now that I've joined the bandwagon of locked Power Stone Vote novels, I'm wondering if maybe only a certain number of chinese/korean/japanese characters should get banned. Having just a few, not enough for a sentence, makes the whole process tough....

          But then again, it's my fault. T_T
          Hoping for a quick reply to where I contacted admin....

            Quarette I suggest contacting webnovel support email directly. Sometimes the admins don’t respond quickly through the forums. They should be able to fix the vote button in a few days after emailing, but remind them again if it passes 5 days still not fixed.

                As I said in Chryiss , send an email directly to service@webnovel.com about the power stone vote button issue. Sometimes the admin on the forums or discord will reply, but it might be quicker through email. Make sure to give the link to your story along with a brief on what problem it is.

                Also, stories get locked because they contain Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters, so if you have any asian characters, delete them first before emailing support. Typically, emojis are the source of trouble.

                      CKtalon im realy sad for this I gues I don't belong to this site. ive encounter so many issue with the story, first I cant vote or my readers cant also,then my book in ios wont appear on my dash board,after this,i cnt upload on pc and update my own book. thank you for letting know sir/ms.                           CKtalon What exactly happened when you do that? Will it get fixed? Is there any punishment? I don't know about this rule at all.
