    By the way, there was something weird with Inkstone a few days ago. My collections went down to 0.

    I stayed away from Inkstone for a while because I don't need that kind of negativity in my life. lol

    I guess it was a bug since things went back to normal a few days later. Did anyone else notice this?

        GrumpyNeighbor that was a bug. When the server is reset it refreshes the stats to zero. But it soon restores from a backup I presume as I've seen the stats correct itself to an earlier time period. This is purely my observations BTW.

        Also, seen my collection count go back to the time before a crash then right itself not long after site is restored.

        But there is a refresh delay between pc and mobile, which is why the tally might differ between the two systems for a spell.

        It always pays to keep your own story backups.

            Mine is 455.2-for 1.09M views. I'm fine with it and hope to improve in the future. Any suggestions to get more readers?

              _Transcendent Hmm... Things that usually attracts readers the most are:
              Amount of chapters you post a week
              The cover, and how appealing it is
              A synopsis that hooks the reader in, and a first chapter that also does that.

                  194k/271 - > 715 . Not really growing but not losing any more. At least, I escaped the hole that could have been the 1k ratio.

                  Veronica8 Check out Z book summary. It's towards the bottom beneath the --- ★ --- line. I figured this is the easiest thing to gain from reader commitment.

                        scarlett1414 It's a past promotion, I canned it because it wasn't doing anything. Basically, I was asking for readers or anyone/thing to help reach a view count milestone. My short term one, initially, was 200K since I'm up at 137K. I wasn't seeing any takers, so canned the promotion.
