Incorrect Payment

Hi everyone. This happened today. I live in Turkey and webnovel application shows SS prices in my country's currency. 150 ss+15 bonus ss is 19,99 TL in my country so today i bought it. But after that my bank sent me a message and i said that webnovel charged 67,97 TL. This never happened before and i bought so many times. Now i sent a mail to customer services. I hope they fix this issue. Repay my money or give me more SS. I love to read novels from here but if this goes on i can't trust anymore. Please help me for this issue.

wulfgar It's good that it's solve now. I got similar problem as well. I paid but got no stones. I got the whole lot on my next purchase on the next month. Thank goodness that it problem got solve faster
