You can't. That is changed only when Webnovel hires you as translator. And they only hire translators for series that they have acquired the rights to publish.
Translating by yourself and posting here on Webnovel doesn't make you a WN translator. If the real author of the series send a complaint to WN, whatever you posted will get deleted.
