Acutelittletrap They should make small, custom passages for everyone and have them edit it. To check if they're actually able to edit.
At the end of the day, I can pay an editor to edit it. It would be almost impossible to catch.
While most people do not cheat, if you put your mind to it, cheating online is simple.
Sky_Void_of_Aeons That's what was done. They cheated on the test since no one can "invigilate" over the Internet.
CKtalon I also applied as an editor way back in October. I passed the test and provided my Skype account when asked for contact information. I never heard back despite following up twice. Should I have provided all four contact information asked (QQ, WeChat, Discord, Skype)? The first two were incredibly restrictive, though, it's like they won't accept new accounts from IPs outside of China, so I could only give the last two in the end. Just wondering what happened, though I'm still interested to get the job if there are positions available. :)

o.o Hopefully I'll know whether I passed or not within 5 days. It said I'll know within 15 days, so.... Hopefully, I will. And hopefully correspondence doesn't take so long every single time. T.T This really is quite a while.
Edit: Well, it should be within 2-3 days, now that I've checked.

I contacted webnovel to become an editor and I got a response fairly quickly. However when I tried to download editor test it wouldn't let me open the file what should I do?
