I'm not trying to diss or something. I'm just really curious since I'm starting to make my own novel. And so far, the books I've read, the characters of it are chinese. I'm just asking since maybe there are rules or something.
And I only know a thing or two about webnovel, and I thought it was an app for Chinese stories to be translated. So I dont really have any idea.
