I was wondering if any one know why Fang Xan publishes so few chapters per month? I ask this because at his current rate it looks like it will take him years to finish Avalon or the more scary option of him wrapping it up quickly after cultivation returns(As he wouldn't want to delve too heavily in to it).
Fang Xiang
DoaistBoo Not sure why he has slowed down, but his novels are never that long.
World of Cultivation 915 Total Chapters
Undefeated God of War 943 Chapters
Legend of the Supreme Soldier 607 Chapters
Card Disciple 617 Chapters
So he is likely only about 200 chapters away (at most)from finishing the story. He started Avalon of the Five Elements 11/23/15 and was at 666 chapters on 11/23/17 so I don't think 333 chapters a year is all that slow.
He's slowed down since November but maybe something came up?
Its not 333 chapters a year though because if you look at his current release date you see he I'd only releasing around a chapter a week. Causing the amount of chapter to be around 60 a year based on his CURRENT speed. I'm not demending he rights more, I'm just curious about his speed because of the rates of other popular authors.

DoaistBoo I agree, as I stated earlier he has slowed down since November. I haven't seen any posts about it yet, possibly he is starting to wrap things up? January looks like 2-3 posts per week.
I've taken a glance at the posting dates of his two other Qidian novels (Card Disciple & Legend of the Supreme Soldier) and they appear to have been sporadically updated as they are neared their completion. So a guess is that the novel is close to completion. This is based on the update frequency.
Edit: I took a quick perusal of the previews on the last two chapters and I'm 50% sure I'm right about the novel wrapping up. It has a similar feel to how the author ended UGW.
We will probably know for sure when the TL catches up to the raws in 3-4 months.
