Nothing to earn in the earn reward pop up
would be a good idea, but until then why not run a VM android on your win 10 as I do for app/ website testing for my work, its easy as hell to set up and free
I checked in for daily bonus and got 20 SS but in my total SS it was not added. And now I lost my SS. How can read my novels now????

Ad stones aren't working for me. The ad will load on the iOS app and will play through properly then when exiting the ad it glitches and doesn't give reward just keeps on loading. Tried like 4 times
Those who are having problems downloading this update. You can try this method.
First, open your webnovel account using your favorite browser. Next, look for the link here in the forum. Tap it, click download and your done!
If tapping the link does not work, copy and paste the link in a new browser tab. You will be prompted with an option to download and say yes to everything. After this, go to your downloaded files section<located in your browser settings>, tap the webnovel update and voila! You're done! [If your phone will ask you to take the risk, just do it. Be a risk taker. Lol]
This works for me and I hope it will be with yours too.

More comments and issues
- free SS through ads not working. Watched 6/7 videos already with no luck getting the 5SS.
- READING rewards. It would be better if we get 5SS every 30 mins up to a maximum of 280 mins per week - making it (on average) 30mins per day, meaning 5SS free per day. It will compensate for the reduced check-in free SS being only around 8/9SS rather than upto 15

Also, the pop up saying earn rewards on lower right hand doesnt work.
From what I see, the benefits of the Elite Membership is useful. You can read all the novels, comics, updates for free instead of unlocking using SS, and skipping advertisement.

Some issues that I've encoubter with the Beta:
1. The Earn Rewards pop up button (that's what I call it), leads to nothing. It will lead me to a page that says that something has gone wrong page. Which if not fixed is totally useless.
2. The Watch a video daily task is not functioning well. I have already watched video ads for more than 5x, but I still did not get my just reward.
3. Suggestion: Put up short explanations on each bar of tasks (daily, upgrade and the other one) to inform if its a one time thing or not.
4.Also, it does not recognize whether I have bought SS before, in its Upgrade section of tasks. Same as adding books, reading, etc. Its like I have only used the app for the firat time and its not good. I suggest to fix it and retain the original 'history' of each account and apply it to the Beta App.
5. The price is too much for the subscription promo. Especially, if I only read a few books that I actually read. Maybe offer another types of subscription like: Unlimited reading for 3 books or 5 books, depending on their preferred taste that equals to a no. of money.
6. The subscription may be the reason for SS to die or not used, so the tasks maybe useless for those who subscribed. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
7. Suggestion: Maybe put in a different library for manhuas and books. Idk.

Everybody knows that Webnovel will have a subscription base, but what nobody expect that it will cost so much 25$ / month, what outrageous!! Really, you are way to much, Webnovel Director.

But i think, the WORST problem is that you should fire the one setting the price because he / she does not know any math at all. The subscription in Europe cost 26.99 €, you are charging more in Europe, just because you don't know that 1 USD is different that 1 EUR. Right know, 1 USD = 0,87 EUR. To be more explicit, the subscription in Europe should cost 21,75 EUR round it up to 22 EUR, so you are charging more in EUROPE, you are profiting 5 EUR more in Europe, like 6 USD more, you in reality, the subscription in Europe cost 31 USD. YOUR ARE ALL ONLY SCAMMERS, SIRS AND MADAME

Really, 25 USD / month. Are you nuts ! Again, you should fire the person in charge of setting the price, because he / she cant think about of setting several tiers, at least another tier more cheaper and more restrictive, like:
o Unlimited tier: 25 USD / month. (22 EUR / month )
o Premium tier: 12 USD / month ( 11 EUR / month ) Limited to 1 - 2 comics /month + 6 - 8 novels/month
o Member tier: 8 USD / month ( 7 EUR / month ) Limited to 1 comic or 1 novel per month.
This prices and tiers are much wiser, and people will agree more.

I don't say that you should not charge a subscription, I am against that you are charging too much, are you thinking that your readers are all rich people ? I don't think so, sure most of your readers are middle class people, and teenagers. So teenagers, 0 income and middle class workers, depends on where they lives, a middle class worker does not have the same purchasing power in Spain, as in France, USA, Brazil or China.
You should rework this subscription price asap, in my humble opinion.

Well from Canada it's still expensive because for my Nexflix it's cost not so expensive like that by month. Or viki.com isn't so expensive too. Still I don't want to use the new beta program. It's just this program start to be alike so much webcomics....

It's the same with the pound as well (£). What should be £19 roughly per month based on the $24.99 price tag is instead £23.49. Admittedly that's only a few £ extra than it should but it works out as roughly $31usd as well when converting back. ( 1 USD = 0.76 GBP)
I get currency fluctuates and all, but that is quite a difference.

Tolke I totally agree with you. USD conversion is different from other countries. In the Philippines, the 50% off membership cost 600php+. It's like 2 months subscription of Netflix in our country. The full membersip ($24) is more like 2 weeks worth of my transportation allowance.
Well, they don't force us buy the subscription. But with the increase of SS consumption for premium novels, free SS is not enough to read a few more chapters. I hope they will change their minds to make the subscription budget friendly to our fellow daoist.
It's great and all but I've watched three videos so far and haven't gained anything in return. Its still blue and not gold/yellow.
I don't like the new layout. It's too cumbersome. The old layout was simple & effective. Please revert back to it. Thanks
