She actually did get a warning from Webnovel. She said she’d take it off patreon but all she did was change her name. If you check her name on patreon, it used to be “eunimon” but then she changed it to “twistsandturns” to try to hide it from webnovel. Even though it’s unfortunate for her but I understand why she was fired.

Really enjoyed this book, and hoping to get some of them mass releases (because the previous translator never seemed to do mass releases either. Makes sense if they had advanced chapters why they refused to do mass releases lol).

        I think most translators and authors here also post their work on their Patreon account and they even encourage readers to read and join there. But I'm not fully aware about webnovel's policies ,they may have revised or impose new policies or whatever. The translator may have violated a rule or not that is between the site and the translator. It's an internal issue they should just inform the readers if there will be some changes and to just patiently wait. I hope the story will start rolling again soon. Will continuously vote and gift everyday

          Yeah I think some patreon accounts encourage donation to increase release rate per milestones + mass release when it's reached.

          I do hope we get more regular updates + faster translations.

            Sonokishi They can only give two extra chapters on Patriot. They had alit so you can donate more money or purchase a monthly subscription and get even more.

                I don't understand, if the former translator was sack, what happened to the original book? Do they have like copyrights, only one web site has the right to translate such book? I find patreon expensive, but why risk violating a rules if you can have both? Does webnovel pay less? I'm really disappointed, for 3 days no proper sleep just reading the book from chapter 1 to the latest, spending money, I don't know how much is the credit card charges already, then you end up like this. It's no good.

                  heartofmindanao25 Translators are authorized to translate, not given the translation copyright. So all Webnovel needs to do is revoke the authorization.

                  By having patreon, you earn both. Webnovel pays on a per chapter basis, and the translator earns additional from Patreons. Webnovel allows this before a book goes Premium, but does not allow is after the book goes Premium.
