Where is the subscription service, if someone could point out where it is, that would be helpful

You can only start it by downloading the beta Android app.
It will roll out on the Google Play Store and Apple's App Store some time around the middle of the month.

Google Play Just updated it to version 3.4 and it already shows the subscription
CKtalon I was able to purchase Elite subscription this morning but it's not showing up on my app

I subscribed two days ago and it still hasn't updated for me.
I have sent 3 emails to customer support; no response.
I'm probably just going to cancel until they get the bugs out just buys SS stones
