This is un acceptable i like many others have purchased your elite membership. however, almost 48 hours have passed and i still have not had my membership activated. I have posted several times in this forum seeking aid and i have not heard anything back. A lack of an offical channel for this problem is vexing for me and others like me please respond.

Unlocked or locked????? If unlocked , you can check that as you proceed reading ,you will come across further chapters that are locked. Initial chapters are always unlocked.

Oh, I was not the only one that had problem with paid for chapters that were locked again. So, for me to re-read those chapters I need to pay stones again. I'm also in the EU area and those are perhaps the reason why the chapters were locked but since I already paid for stones, I would appreciate if you keep those chapters unlocked for me. Silkscreen I've just given up, as you are EU I am as well, I'm now reporting them to ICO or your version for breaking the gdpr rules as are data is not safe and I got a copy of mine and I'm missing loads of unlocks that have been relocked and date's don't even match up with the novels or the xls file qi emailed me we have as the data on unlocked novels are a joke and they have no wish to deal with the problem
i'm planning on applying for elite membership but i worry that the chapters i have unlocked already will be locked again if i ever fail to renew. Is this really the case?
