      Invited friends complain about failure of receiving Gifts for new user. I don't know what to tell them

        Flinks maybe you can try it like this (but i not guarantee its gonna work or not)

        why Redeem failure, account has been signed? it means your own account is not new.. so you can't redeem someone's code. if you are new account and paste your friend's invite code, you might/maybe get the ss.

        1. invite friends to install the app/help them install the app (maybe dont invite them via email,etc or just create an account without invitation)
        2. let your friends enter the invite code(you tell them your code)
        3. then you get the ss (maybe)

            Flinks sorry, if I not mistaken, 1 account only for 1 app. I have tried to login other accounts into my phone but its only recognize my old account.

            for request new code, sorry as i totally no idea about that. This upgrading invitation is totally new to me compared to the old version (which is not available anymore).

                I sent an invite link to my Facebook and also to a friends email. They follow the link to install the app. With that, I still don't get reward. What should I do?

                  Sherrycoker suggestion 'maybe' don't invite them through email, facebook, etc. you tell them your code. i haven't try this step yet as sorry to say that my friend don't like read novel.

                      Here is how it works people. After the installation of the app by the invitee, the invitee has to to go the 'invite friend' page and then scroll down, there is a small box there which depicts 'have an invitation code, redeem code', the invitee has to put your own invitation code into that box and redeem it. The person who sends the invite will get 50 SS bonus and the invitee get 20 SS bonus... Voilà.

                        @Flinks but when my friend input my invitation code, it says failed redemption, account has been signed in. And she had never downloaded webnovel before. She used the link which I had sent to her, and she signed in through her google account.

                          KongoIsamu here's what I think might be the j. It may be when she imputed your code for the first time, SS bonus was given but did not notice it. Did your friend notice the 20 SS bonus given to him/her? Find out cause that's the error message you get when that happens or simply ask your friend to download tb app and try again and note, you can't impute your friend's code after your friend imputes your.

                                      S1357 It simply means the code you we're trying to redeem has already been redeemed. Try a new one.
