Take_the_Moon I've completed a proofread of the summary. I'll aim to do one for the first chapter later on in the day. I decided to use Google docs since there was a lot of explanations. Hopefully, this will be helpful to you. Let me know if you have issues accessing the link.

Take_the_Moon In that context, who arranges the payment? It's a little murky in the US, because it's not so much you paying the editor, so much as the publisher that takes you on after you've signed with an agent, hires out the editor that gives you comments to work your story with.
Though with Self-Publishing and Ko-Fi, it's increasingly making the agent irrelevant.
